Sean Brown
Zeal for details is what sets Sean Brown apart: whether in perfection of contract language; arrangement of marketing images; or ensuring your front porch is presentable before a showing.
Sean's formative years in California and New Jersey gave him a broader perspective of this great nation which led to a curiosity about the larger world. He has worked in Papua New Guinea, Chile, Nepal, Ecuador, Canada and Ethiopia. Vacation travels have taken him to the Czech Republic, Germany, France, Spain, Switzerland, England, Ireland, Australia, Thailand, Kenya, British Virgin Islands, Bahamas, Costa Rica, Mexico and Argentina. Time and time again, Sean returns to what he believes to be the best place on earth: Utah.
Moving to Park City in 1986 to attend the University of Utah (and to ski powder) led to a bachelor's of science degree and the purchase of his first home in the early-1990s. He has worked in most aspects of ski resort operations and has worked in every aspect of alpine residential construction. The net result from a real estate perspective is his ability to quickly understand a property.
Recent real estate-related and civic-minded pursuits place Sean as president of a local mutual water company, manager of a pipeline construction company and a member of a local HOA's legal committee. Sean's deep understanding of water delivery and all its components has been extremely useful to many of his clients.
Sean, his wife, Bridget, their daughter and son live on their 'Ski Ranch (tm)' eight minutes outside of Park City proper along with dogs, a cat, horses, chickens, ducks, turkeys, lambs, goats and a plethora of less domesticated elk, moose, deer, wild turkeys, bunnies and raptors. In his off-time, Sean likes sharing his passions for deep-powder skiing, kitesurfing on nearby reservoirs of Jordanelle and Deer Creek, target practice, adding more downhill and x/c ski trails on his property and making ridiculously large bonfires in the snow.
